This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for services purchased through https://simpliauthor.com.
By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
SimpliAuthor offers subscription-based access to its platform. Depending on your selected plan, subscriptions may be billed:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually
- Under a custom enterprise agreement
Subscription details, pricing, billing frequency, and included features are displayed during the purchase process.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your SimpliAuthor account and updating your subscription settings; or
- Contacting our support team at hello@simpliauthor.com.
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to the features included in your plan until the subscription expires.
- Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current billing cycle.
- No additional subscription charges will be applied unless you choose to renew or purchase a new plan.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or remove your stored content unless you separately request account deletion.
3. Refund Policy
As SimpliAuthor is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides immediate access to digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments or accidental multiple charges.
- Incorrect billing caused by a technical error.
- Failure to provide access to the subscribed Services due to an issue solely attributable to SimpliAuthor.
- Unauthorized charges that are verified following investigation.

7. Free Trials
Where offered, free trials allow users to evaluate the Platform before purchasing.
Unless otherwise stated:
- No payment is collected until the free trial ends.
- You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial expires.
- If the trial is not cancelled before expiration, your selected subscription may automatically begin, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.

8. Subscription Renewals
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using the Services.

9. Plan Changes
