You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies;
• generated content should be reviewed before publication;
• AI output does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice;
• you remain responsible for all content created using the Platform.

We continually improve our AI systems, and generated output may vary over time.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create.

This includes:

• documents;
• presentations;
• images;
• videos;
• audio files;
• templates;
• assessments;
• generated courses;
• custom branding;
• other uploaded materials.

You grant SimpliAuthor a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload such content.

10. Generated Content

Unless otherwise specified, you own the final content generated using your prompts and uploaded materials, subject to:
